I have worked in manufacturing, product development, and supply chain roles for 13+ years, and currently work as Director of Operations for a food manufacturer with a global supply chain.

Meet Cyndi Trevisiol, Founder and Coach:

I began researching resilience in 2024 while completing International Coaching Academy’s Professional Coach Training Program, earning certificates in individual and team coaching. My initial research paper is published on ICA’s website.

I continued expanding beyond my ICA research project and refocused my business exclusively on resilience coaching in 2025, rebranding from Helpful Colleague Coaching and Consulting to StrategyBee.

I am driven to find new ways of working in manufacturing and supply chain organizations that will help employees to cope and thrive.

To turn the real, everyday challenges that arise in our industries from barriers into opportunities for achieving success AND wellness.

Family (including our pets) and nature are important to me. I spend my “free” time outside walking, running, backpacking, hunting, fishing, gardening, often with my daughter following along.

I’ve recently begun offering coaching walks to local clients - let me know if you are interested in having all or part of your program occur outdoors. Research shows that exposure to nature even in simple natural environments like city parks and gardens can have benefits on our health and mental wellbeing.

Backpacking in the Devil’s Staircase Wilderness in the Oregon coast range

This year I am also obtaining my guide license in the state of Oregon so that I can expand StrategyBee resilience activities to include hikes and overnight backpacking challenges. Stay tuned for more in 2026!
